🕓 Cancellation & Refund Policy For Simply Spotless Online Bookings
We understand that life happens and plans can change. To ensure fairness and keep our scheduling smooth for all clients, please review our cancellation and refund policy before booking. Rescheduling & Cancellations • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. • Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will incur a $35 late cancellation fee. • No-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged 50% of the total service cost to cover lost time and scheduling gaps.  Refunds
• All prepaid appointments canceled by the client with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or may be applied as a credit toward a future service. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours or same day notice by the client are not eligible for a refund or to be rescheduled. • If Simply Spotless must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to coordinate a new date and time that works for both parties. If the client does not respond within 12 hours of being notified of the reschedule, the appointment will be canceled. In these cases, a refund will not be issued. Instead, the prepaid amount will be held as a credit for a future appointment.   Booking Reminders & Confirmations • Clients will receive automated reminders via email or Google Calendar prior to their appointment. • It is the client’s responsibility to review and confirm appointment details. If changes are needed, please contact us as soon as possible. Additional Notes • If cleaner arrives and is unable to access the property, the appointment may be marked as a no-show and cancellation fees may apply. • Refunds are processed securely through Stripe and typically return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
